We reserve the right to not accept or decline to do work that for any reason we do not want to do.

You warrant that you are the copyright holder and, or, have the legal right to enter into a book design, art restoration or printing agreement with 12on14 for the material submitted by you. 12on14 in unable to independently confirm copyright ownership, and relies on your warranty. You agree to hold 12on14 harmless and assume all responsibilities for any disputes arising out of copyright issues for any and all materials submitted by you.

12on14 may use security measures to protect proofs. If such measures are used, once payment is received, you will receive identical files/prints except with all security measures removed. These files represent a work for hire, and upon final and complete payment you become the copyright holder: however, in the case of covers or illustrated books that may incorporate art (photographs, illustrations, etc.) you may have a limited, nonexclusive right for its use. You will be notified as to those terms. Prior to receipt of payment in full you do not own any of our working or finished files related to your project. 12on14 may for promotional purposes use a fair representation of materials created for you.

12on14 bills through PayPal under the name Walton Mendelson. PayPal will notify us of receipt of payment.

12on14 presumes that any and all files, images, or other materials sent to us for consideration or for whatever services are contracted for, are duplicates, and although we will take reasonable and standard care to preserve and protect them, we cannot be responsible for the consequences of any loss or damage. 12on14 will keep copies of all digital files for one year; images or other materials sent to us will be returned as soon as practical given your project.

You may download any image, or text (collectively “Material”) created by and copyrighted by 12on14, for personal, non-commercial use, or for fair use as defined in the US copyright laws. This permission is conditioned on our retaining all copyright and other proprietary notices on or adjacent to the Material and you must cite author and source of the Materials as you would any printed work, and the citations must include the URL: www.12on14.com.

By accessing the Site, or using the Material in any way, you agree and warrant that such use will be consistent with and limited to this non-exclusive, non-sub-licensable, limited right to use license. Resolution and Jurisdiction
